RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received it to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt/invoice or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund payment.
With credit card refunds, the time that it will take for you to receive your credit may vary, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (if applicable) for returning your item depending on the reason for the return.
Initial shipping costs relating to sending the product to you (if applicable) are generally non-refundable. Where applicable, the initial shipping cost will only be refunded in certain instances. If your refund is approved, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
