Returns and Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, and include the invoice or proof of purchase.
Return Period:
- You have 30 days from the purchase date to return an item.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. To initiate a return or refund, please contact us first at info@ergonomicsdirect.co.za or 021 426 2378.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage sustained during shipping.
- You may be responsible for return shipping costs, depending on the reason for the return. Returns due to manufacturing faults or shipping damage will not incur shipping costs. For other returns, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged Products:
- Please check your items on arrival for visible damage. If your product is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at info@ergonomicsdirect.co.za or 021 426 2378. Damaged items will be exchanged as soon as possible.
Credit Card Refunds
- Credit card refunds may vary in time depending on your card issuer's policies.
