Sally completed her postgraduate degree at Rhodes University and is a registered Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE). Her career over the past 20 years spans a broad range of industries—including automotive, mining, corporate, government, and FMCG—where she has successfully integrated ergonomics programmes into business operations to improve both individual and organisational performance.

With a strong foundation in human factors and occupational health and safety (OHS), she specialises in developing and implementing evidence-based solutions that minimise risk, prevent injury, and enhance workplace functionality. Her work ranges from high-risk industrial contexts to complex office-based environments, always with a strategic focus on aligning business objectives and legal obligations with safety, comfort, and efficiency.
